Phu Gia Island is a new sea encroachment and will be invested in many different items to serve local people as well as visitors to visit the west coast of Kien Giang.
On March 18, Phu Cuong Group Joint Stock Company (Phu Cuong Group) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of complex, service and entertainment (also known as Phu Gia Island ) with more than 30 hectares of new encroachment in An Hoa Ward, Rach Gia City.
Leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee of Kien Giang province and Phu Cuong Group undertake the construction of the project.
According to the developer, this is a new sea encroachment that extends into the West Sea and uses Geotube soft dredging technology with 100% imported facilities from Malaysia, USA and Australia. When Phu Gia Island is completed, the complex of modern urban area will reach the area with 12 works such as 2,500m2 artificial water park, 32m radius of solar ring, a 150 meter yacht marina, a helicopter landing stage, a 6,000 square meter sea view, a golf course, a national standard tennis court, two indoor badminton courts, two adult and children pools, A standard daycare center, a new technology gym, a waterslide and a thrilling new playground for young people.
The total investment capital for these works is about 300 billion VND. It is expected that the water park will be put into operation before the Lunar New Year in 2018. The remaining works will be completed and put into operation by 2020.
Water Park is one of the typical projects of Phu Gia Island.
In addition to these works, Phu Cuong Investment Joint Stock Company Kien Giang also called for investment cooperation center of 20,000 square meters, restaurants, 4-star hotel and wedding center and 5-star conference center with total capital of about 500 billion.
