For industrial projects, Tcons focuses on green building solutions to ensure energy savings. On the other hand, reduce waste and toxicity to the surrounding environment.

The contents of the dossier include:

Documentation of architectural options (possibly two alternatives).

To submit the dossiers of application for construction permits (drawings as prescribed by the State).

To make the dossiers of construction design drawings and work cost estimates, including:

Architectural drawings (with full details of composition, materials …).

Structural drawing.

Electric system drawings.

Design drawings, drainage.

Drawings air conditioning system.

There may also be other design drawings depending on the size of the works. All drawings, cost estimates of Tcons are in accordance with the BIM process to optimize costs for customers.

After unifying the development of ideas. We deploy technical design documents for customers. Records include:

Architectural profile (planes, verticals, sections and perspective)
Detailed records (Details of sanitary, pedestal, handrail railing, groove …)
Interior Profiles (floor plan, ceiling mb special rooms, furniture mb)
The profile of structural calculation, the separation of steel volume needed in each period
Electrical design documentation
Water system Profile
Design of lightning protection, fire alarm, smoke alarm, camera, telephone, internet … (according to customer demand)

With a detailed interior design profile, there is also a 3D perspective of the interior of each room and detailed drawings of furniture.
