Due to the complexity of the site, PNTECHCONS’s architects, in the design process, had to take advantage of the large spaces to accommodate playgrounds, basketball courts and main roads. The land of zich-zac layout the green areas, the garden alternating between the blocks of the building creates the sub-landscape brings joy, lively.

Also to fit the shape of the land, the main works with the scale of a ground floor and 03 floors are arranged in blocks, connected by corridors. Bunkers are located in the middle of the land for convenient parking.
